As we reported late last year, the Supreme Court is getting ready to hear oral arguments in the Selia Law, LLC v CFPB case. Late last week, we saw a flurry of activity when the court entered an Order allowing the United States House of Representatives to participate in oral arguments and enlarged the total time for the arguments themselves.
