On March 19, 2020, Freddie Mac announced that their Loan Product Advisor customer test environment (CTE) has been updated for lenders to begin testing the changes that support the Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA) and Uniform Loan Application Dataset (ULAD) that are applicable to the November 1, 2020 mandate. Freddie Mac provides instructions for the next steps to be taken by lenders working directly with software partners, and also for lenders with custom built systems. Lenders may contact their Freddie Mac representative or they can call the Customer Support Contact Center (800-FREDDIE) with questions.
