The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) issued Spanish translations for certain Regulation E and Regulation B model forms.
On April 29, 2022, the CFPB released Spanish translations for model forms found in the Prepaid Rule of Regulation E as well as for the adverse action model and sample notices in Regulation B. This release is part of the CFPB’s emphasis on ensuring fair access to markets for all consumers. By releasing these Spanish model forms, the CFPB seeks to remind financial institutions of their responsibility to serve communities with limited English proficiency.
