The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (“CFPB”) recently published new versions of its “What You Should Know About Home Equity Lines of Credit” brochure. An updated booklet should be provided to home equity line of credit applicants at the time of application.
The CFPB provides the booklet in print-ready .pdf formats and web-ready formats. Preprinted versions are also available for purchase.
