The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau issued its Spring 2021 Rulemaking Agenda. The Spring Agenda is roughly half the size of the Fall 2020 Agenda and contains only two new items. Those new items will address consumer access to financial records, which is currently in the pre-rule stage, and COVID-19 servicing relief under Regulation X, which is currently in the proposed rule stage.
