CSi’s Document Selection Logic™ (DSL) for Deposit is a key compliance component that interprets and validates the myriad deposit parameters by state and federal law and automates document selection. It is an intelligent software component that is integrated into financial transaction software, such as a platform system. There is no tool like DSL Deposit on the market today. DSL for Deposit has two primary functions.

1. It automatically selects the required documents on the specific transaction being conducted and produces a list of the required documents for the transaction that CSi warrants.
2. It performs data validation. Key areas the DSL monitors for warranty are the following.

• Account type. Only account types permitted by state law are allowed to be opened.
• Entities on an account. The DSL does not permit more entities on an account than is permitted by state law.
• Account ownership. The DSL determines the exact account ownership language based on state law. Every account is properly titled, reducing training time and exposure to compliance infractions.
