This single IntelleDoc accommodates all deposit products and ownership types and forms the base agreement between the financial institution and the customer. Terms, conditions, and institutional policies may be modified and are automatically incorporated into the Agreement.

  Account Information

This IntelleDoc collects and documents the customer and product information for the account. Product ownership, acknowledgement of receipt of required disclosures, all ownership or agent signatures, and required compliance statements/affidavits are all incorporated into the Account Information. The IntelleDoc expands and contracts to accommodate the required information based on state law and institutional policies.

  Certificate of Deposit

This IntelleDoc assembles as a Receipt or as a Certificate document and terms and conditions may be included or excluded based on preferences. It also accommodates variable, fixed, stepped, or tiered rate instruments. No check boxes are needed to document the customer's selection of payment options or frequency.
