Occasions do arise, however, where a custom document may be needed. CSi’s Custom Document Editor™ (CDE) is a tool for modifying or creating custom documents that are integrated into the overall documentation system through CSi’s Compliance Engine™. Custom thank-you letters, promotional letters, and operational forms unique to a given institution can be printed from the same single system that generates transaction documents. These custom documents may also include datapoints for variable information (such as name, address, dollar amount, etc.) so information already captured in the transaction can automatically populate the custom document. Redundant data entry is eliminated.
