"We switched to CSi when we converted to an in-house computer system. We were preparing to do all new accounts through Deposit Platform and CSi was the vendor that supplied Compliance Logic System, which we used to create the disclosures when opening new accounts.
We worked through setting up all of the required new disclosures with CSi’s help. They were always available to answer the questions we had as we went through the process of creating all new disclosures for each account type and for each regulation. We knew that our disclosures would be correct when we finished because CSi assisted in creating them.
CSi sends us a release whenever there are changes to be made on our disclosures. The releases explain exactly what needs to be done and how we need to answer questions that we are uncertain of. We also used CSi to create an additional disclosure for a new product that we wanted to give to customers at account opening. The new disclosure now prints automatically, along with all of the other required disclosures, when we open a new account so we don’t have to worry about forgetting to supply it.
